This Privacy Policy outlines the rights and obligations of the parties involved in the use of the electronic document system services provided by 'Smart Contract Mongolia' LLC (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service Provider'), including how information is received, protected, stored, shared, and used.

1. DEFINITIONS

• 1.2 Terms such as 'Electronic Document System', 'Electronic Document', 'Registration', 'DAN System', 'Customer', 'Service Provider', and 'Electronic Signature' refer to those defined in the Terms of Service of the E-Document System at www.egeree.mn.
• 1.2 'Customer Information' means the personal information provided by the Customer after reviewing the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy and verifying their identity via the DAN system.

2. APPLICABLE LAWS AND VALIDITY

• 2.1 This Privacy Policy is governed by the Constitution of Mongolia, the Civil Code, the Law on Development Policy and Planning, the Law on Transparency of Public Information, the Law on Electronic Signatures, the Law on Personal Data Protection, and the long-term development policy 'Vision-2050' along with relevant legal acts issued accordingly.
• 2.2 By clicking the 'I Agree' button, the Customer is deemed to have voluntarily and explicitly accepted this Privacy Policy.

3. CUSTOMER DATA VERIFICATION, USE, AND PROTECTION

• 3.1 After the client creates an account using their email address and completes the verification process, they will be granted access. The client can then log into the system and create a profile by entering the following information, thereby gaining the ability to use the system. This includes:
• Residential address
• DAN system verification (personal data provided within the DAN system)
• Phone number
• Electronic signature verification
• 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) verification
• 3.2 The Service Provider uses the above information not only to identify the Customer but also to deliver product and service information, resolve complaints, ensure information security and compliance, and fulfill legal obligations.

4. DECLARATIONS AND PERSONAL DATA REGULATION

• 4.1 The Customer also agrees to the declarations and guarantees outlined in the Terms of Service.
• 4.2 The Service Provider will store, protect, and use the Customer’s personal information only for the purposes stated in this service and within the legal framework outlined in section 2.1.
• 4.3 As long as the Customer accepts the Terms of Service and continues using the service, their personal data will be used to fulfill service purposes and will not be disclosed for any other purpose.
• 4.4 The Customer is deemed to have granted permission for the Service Provider to use their personal data by accepting this Privacy Policy and verifying their registered account.
• 4.5 The Service Provider will conduct all activities related to the collection, processing, use, and protection of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY AND RESPONSIBILITY

• 5.1 The Service Provider is prohibited from receiving, collecting, storing, protecting, or disclosing the Customer’s personal data outside the scope of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.
• 5.2 The Service Provider will safeguard the Customer's data and prevent the misuse of electronic signatures and other personal data.
• 5.3 If either party uses the information received under the Terms of Service or this Privacy Policy for purposes beyond what is specified, they are liable for any damages caused, according to applicable legal regulations.
